RETURN & REFUND POLICY – CHOZEN SHOP

Return Period

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn and unused

  • The item is undamaged

  • All tags are intact

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is available

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, Chozen reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction in value.

How to Request a Return

Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that are clearly worn, washed, or used

  • Items without tags or original packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

For orders within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

In this case, the item must still comply with the return conditions listed above.
