Chozen is hereinafter referred to as “the Company.”

ARTICLE 2 – DEFINITIONS

Customer: any natural person purchasing products via the webshop for non-professional use

Products: clothing and related items offered through the webshop

Agreement: any agreement between the Company and the Customer regarding the purchase of products

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the Chozen Shop webshop.

By placing an order, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

ARTICLE 4 – OFFER AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Company makes every effort to describe and display products as accurately as possible.
Images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors, finishes, or details may vary slightly due to screen settings or production batches.

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on the Company.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

The price applicable at the time of ordering is binding. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting existing orders.

ARTICLE 6 – ORDERS AND PAYMENT

An agreement is concluded once:

  • the Customer has placed an order

  • payment has been successfully completed

  • the Customer has received an order confirmation email

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of incorrect pricing, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes stated in the Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are indicative only.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

The Customer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL WARRANTY

Products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under Belgian consumer law.

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY

Liability is limited to the value of the relevant order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All webshop content is the property of Chozen or its licensors.

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the competent Belgian courts.
